Leaks to answer your question about the holy spirit. This is what I believe, the glory of God will come to the church when the church expects to see God. Jesus said to keep watch for the signs of Jesus coming. If your not watching for it you will miss it. So we need to watch for the Holy Spirit. We need to watch for a manifestation or a supernatural move of God.

Let's call Him properly first: it should be Holy Spirit :)
As per the options in the poll, I think none of them. Although He can be manifested through our (corporate) worship.
Some definitions are necessary as well. The Holy Spirit is already "in" a church (us, individually), maybe the poll is refering to a "manifestation of the Holy Spirit" in a congregation of people (a.k.a. 'church'). (?)
