Let's call Him properly first: it should be Holy Spirit :)
As per the options in the poll, I think none of them. Although He can be manifested through our (corporate) worship.
Some definitions are necessary as well. The Holy Spirit is already "in" a church (us, individually), maybe the poll is refering to a "manifestation of the Holy Spirit" in a congregation of people (a.k.a. 'church'). (?)
